1)We, the named participants, hereby agree to hold harmless.
Indemnify and defend the Cruise the Alamo 2,
their officers, volunteers, boards, employees (herein after
referred to as Cruise the Alamo 2 and RELATED PARTIES) from and against all
actions or causes
of bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring or Arising as a result of our participation in the Cruise the Alamo 2 or any activities incidental
thereto wherever or however the same may occur. We, the Named
PARTICIPANTS, do for ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and
assignees hereby release,
waive, discharge and relinquish any Action or cause of action, which may
hereafter arise for ourselves and our estate. We agree that under no
circumstances will we, or
our heirs, Executors, administrators and assignees prosecute or
present any claim for bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death against the Cruise the Alamo 2 and RELATED PARTIES. IT IS MY
INTENTION BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE Cruise the Alamo 2 AND
RELATED PARTIES
MENTIONED HEREIN, FROM ALL LIABILITY FROM PERSONAL INJURY,
PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING
FROM THE SOLE NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR Cruise the Alamo
2 AND RELATED PARTIES MENTIONED
HEREIN.
2) I acknowledge and agree that any vehicle I enter in the Cruise
the Alamo 2, as well as any vehicle used to tow and entry to the display area,
will be covered by current
automobile liability insurance that meets the requirement by law.
I acknowledge that I have personally read, understand, and
voluntarily sign the above waivers and media release on behalf of my entire
group listed Here as participants.
